Powerful Object Component Model

AltaMap Desktop Pro's flexible ActiveX/COM interface supports basic features like pan and zoom, vector and image layers, and user definable symbology. AltaMap Desktop also supports advanced capabilities such as charting (pie, bar, and column), event tracking, and an animation layer. For example, you can implement a real-time freight-tracking application where users could mouse-click on animated truck objects to retrieve real-time tracking information.
